Selecting Correct Replication Topology

I am new to the Community, but I will do my best to explain the issue as clearly as I can. Please let me know if I have overlooked something.

The task is to setup a source for our new reporting applications (BMC Analytics) to use instead of production. We need to replicate approximately 400 tables and views out of a schema containing over 4000 of these objects. We do not have access to GoldenGate at this time, though it may be available when our licensing is next renegotiated.

Production DB: Windows Server 2003, 11.1.0.6

Physical Standby: Windows Server 2003 11.1.0.6

Reporting Server: Windows Server 2008 11.2.0.1

Real-time data with minimal lag time (up to 1 hour delay is acceptable, although 20 minutes is preferred)

Howdy, Stranger!
