Need to clear uncosted material transactions with costed flag as No

Hi All,

Need to clear uncosted material transactions with costed flag as No.

To resolve the Uncosted Material transactions, I have gone to Transactions --> Material Transactions and query where Costed = No. A group of uncosted transactions comes up. I use Tools --> Select All. All the rows are highlighted. Then Tools --> Re-submit All. An error message says no changes to save. The Cost Manager shows as active, but all of the rows stay as not costed.

Need to have solution for the same.
