Values for BATCHSALES and BATCHCREDIT

hi

We are on Rel 12.1.3 EBS

We are using the Payments (iby) module to produce the EFT files for both Bank Account transfers and Credit Card payments. After running the Create Settlement Batches concurrent job, I notice the batches are produces and the iby_batches_all table does not have any values in the BATCHSALES and BATCHCREDIT columns hence I cannot see how many trx were sales and refunds(credit)s

Had anybody else encountered this and have a solution

much appreciated.
