How to disable APPROVE button from the Requisition / PO without Personalization ??

 Hi ALL, Hope you all fine, is it possible to hide the Approval Button on the Requisition / PO form without Personlization ?? based on the Responsibilty ??

as we can disable the Book Order button on the Sale Order Form from the specified responsibity and it is done form the menu exclusiotn process , therefore i thought to disable the approve button from the REQUISITION / PO form ??
