Hi,
We are facing similar issue as Note ID 1322445.1 The patches mentioned in this Doc ID are not accurate. We searched and found that we should apply the following

For 12.1:
9275322:R12.FA.B
8797810:R12.FA.B

We didn't install the prerequisite patch 9275322 because we were already on the recommended file version.

We applied the patch 8797810. But it didn't change the file version of FAVINVB.pls
