Destination System Specification Seeded Attribute behaviour

Hi Experts,

We have a seeded attribute as Destination System Specification where we can specify the attribute Destination System and Sync Item. Ex Destination System = Siebel and Sync Item = ‘Y’ It has to be published to Siebel and Destination System = Siebel and Sync Item =’N’ it has to be ignored. 

In general when we publish items from OPH to Siebel, By setting the attributes as Destination System = ‘SIEBEL’ and Sync Item = ‘Y’ it should publish the item to Siebel. its working as excepted.
