JDE need 100%CPU?

Hi all,

In task manager/performance, I see 100%cpu, ..so are there any situation which JDE need 100% cpu?

where is the issue? Operating System process? JDE kernels?

What test can I do?

JDE 8.12/WINDOWS 2008 R2/SQL
