P6R8.2 Dashboard Inventory of Fields and UDFs

We have a lot of dashboards and a number of UDFs.  I need to create an inventory of which dashboard/portlet uses what fields, inlcuding UDFs.  Does anyone have any sql that I can use?  Otherwise, the only way I can think of to get this would be to open every dashboard/portlet and write down each field used.  Help
