11.5.10.2 : latest standard Oracle version of the ARXSGPO.rdf

Hi ,
In order to get the latest available version of the file ARXSGPO.RDF file 115.21.15104.3 we downloaded the patch 5391219,
But when we check the readme of the patch specified the patch includes the below file version.
