Relationship between Region and Postcode

Hi there,

We are trying to create a relationship between Region and Postcode in the accounts creation screen.

Currently we have a Picklist for the Region field and freeform text in the Postcode field.

Is there a way to start writing in the first 2 letters of the postcode and for the Region to get recognised and autopopulate itself?

Eg:

Type in NW in the postcode field ( North West London is populated in the Region field ) and use then can continue to complete the Postcode with the remaining numbers. NW1 3PL
