Hi,

When applying a set of patches, the following FNDLOAD failed to complete:

FAILED: file afmntfns.ldt on worker  4.

The error that is surfacing in the adwork04.log file is:

A syntax error occurred at line 849 in file /oracle/apps/apppatch/apppatchappl/fnd/11.5.0/patch/115/import/afsload.lct
