calling or running a BI Report from OWAM

I am not sure if this is the right place to ask this question, so if there is some other place, let me know.  I am trying to set up a BI Publisher report that can be run from Oracle Work and Asset Management (OWAM).  There is some set up in BI Publisher that has to be done before the report can be run from OWAM.  The instructions have 3 steps that need to be done in BI Publisher.
