Looking for ideas on how to add the sales resource/representative's name to a Forecast in MRP

We are using Forecasting in MRP.  Our Sales VP wants an owner/sales rep assigned to each Forecast in MRP.  Does anyone have an idea on how to add an owner/sales rep to a Forecast?

We also need to add values to our product familes in the forecasts so we can see forecasted dollars.  Any ideas?  We have looked at Advance pricing but we can't add a price to a product family.
