NSC reporting changes in CS 9.0 fix bundle 28 (New fields not populated?)

Within the srnslcex.sqr program, in the Write-NSCL-File-Header procedure, the following new fields were added as part of CS 9.0 fix bundle 28:  $CIP_Code_Major_1, $CIP_Code_Major_2, $Major_Course_Of_Study_1, $Major_Course_Of_Study_2 , $First_Time_Full_Time, $Degree_Seeking, $High_School_Code , $Gender, $Ethnicity, $College_Student_ID, $State_Student_ID, $Email, and $Good_Student_Flag.  These new fields are initialized within the program, but not populated with values, before they are written to the output file in the Write-NSLC-File-Detail procedure.  Each and every one of these new fields are blank in every row of the output file generated.
