Customer is applying

Patch14782699 - ORACLE Applications With 11i.ATG_PF.H RUP7: CPU Consolidated
Patch FOR JAN 2013.  This patch has several HR patches as 
Guees they ran into error 'pay html pyshpslp.jsp' and needed to apply
3500000, 4444880,6699770,4429906,6617445 etc.

The merged patch containing:  14782699, 3500000, 6699770, 4429906, 6617445 , 9716146

         FAILED: file jtfaoljdepen.zip on worker  1.
         FAILED: file fndcct.jar   on worker  2.
         FAILED: file perimage.jar on worker  3.
         FAILED: file perkpiclient.jar on worker  4.
         FAILED: file perkigfclient.jar on worker  5.

All errors are pretty much the same:
