13927409:R12.AP.B: 12.1.3: Invalid AP_ACCTG_DATA_FIX_PKG

This thread will address your following question  -

Unable to apply patch 13927409:R12.AP.B correctly.
Following Metalink note 1060611.1, I tried to apply patch "p13927409_R12.AP.B_R12_GENERIC" to our clone MC14 (r12.1.3). However, the main diagnostic package AP_ACCTG_DATA_FIX_PKG which should have been updated could not compile successfully.

The compilation error occurs at line 3900:

FETCH xla_evnt_dtls INTO l_xla_event_rec;

with the feedback "Error(3900,3): PLS-00394: wrong number of values in the INTO list of a FETCH statement"
