Monitor Oracle Apps & DB process in weekend maintenance

in Technology Stack - EBS (MOSC) Question
Hi All,

Our EBS system goes down every weekend on sunday midnight and it comes up in the morning via cron job

This requires some one manually check whether all services are up & running including , Apache,Forms & Concurrent Manager.

Sometime it does not come up so, we are unable to track unelss someone manually check especially the forms & Apache services.

Appreciate, if somebody could advise the best practice and scripts can be used to monitor these services?
