What does this error indicate? - Unsupported OID in the AlgorithmIdentifier object:

My customer has added certificate to the keystores.  When ADF server tries to connect to the secured web service, he gets below error in the web log server log.
I have researched the DB based on the error and it looks like something to do with JDK version?
I made sure my customer ran the keytool command from the correct JDK location. 
Any suggestions???
