Grid Install - 11.2.0.3 on Windows 2008 R2

Hi,

 

We just installed 11.2.0.3 GRID Infra-structure on Windows 2008 R2

After the installation, here is the status of services on each node

Node-1

Node-2

 

Couple of questions

Except for Oracle Object Service and OracleOHService, all other Oracle services are set to “manual” in the auto startup including ASM and Scan Listeners. Should not those be “automatic” as well?

Why the LISTENER_SCAN1 is running on Node-2 and not on Node-1 but SCAN2 and SCAN3 are running on node-1. Is this the normal behavior?
