(Urgent ) how can we add the values of the two picklists (sum of these two fields) into third field

Hi,
Just want to know how can we add the values of the two picklists (sum of these two fields) into third field which is a textbox or we can say any field?
what formulae should we use to add two picklists values.Currently there are five values in both of the fields.
