Adpatch errors - adphistCheckdDriverINPatch()

Freeing includes hash table
Freeing fixes hash table
Freeing basedons hash table
Freeing entities hash tableThe directory is NFS mounted (R/W) with owner and group (DBA) privileges). ADPATCh is run from the nfs-mounted directory and the applsbiz (applications user) has access.I've confirmed that the permissions of the enter patch directory are ok (user: oracle, group: dba (which is the primary group for applsbiz) (the permissions are 775 all the way down the patch directory.We've had this on the last two patch applications, but up until now (2+ years) this structure has worked fine (The nfs volume).On some of them, it seems that running adpatch a couple of times (resuming from previous spot)

We are receiving various errors when trying to run adpatch to apply patches.
When applying Patch 10358055:R12.RG.B
receive following errors in the patch log file:
