Hi,

Do you have any idea on what are the other files to check? Error  SBL-UIF-00335: We are unable to process your request. This is most likely because you used the browser BACK or REFRESH button to get to this point?

Action Steps Taken:

1. Check the cfg file, siebel_sia.srf.

2. Check the Debug settings in tools.
