JRE installation window is appearing to make the application works after upgrading following 290807.

Hi We have upgraded our 11.5.10.2 Oracle Apps to work in Windows 7 IE9 by following the metalinks 285218.1, 125767.1 and 290807.1. We are currently

running the applications in Windows XP, IE8 browser. We were using jinitiator to run the applications in Windows XP machine.
Our Current JRE versions in desktop clients are below.

Windows XP IE8 machines - 1.6.0_37 , 1.6.0_07, 1.5.0_22 and some earlier versions in 1.5, 1.4 and 1.3 families
Windows 7 IE9 platforms - 1.6.0_29

As part of the upgrade we had a step in the document 290807.1 as below
Step 1.2.1. Download the JRE Plug-in
Download the latest JRE 6 or JRE 7 update from the Java SE Downloads page.
Click the JRE Download button for the appropriate Java version
