Request use Delivery　Opts

Hi
The customer　run a request,  then  use the [ Delivery　Opts　] to send the e-mail.
He found when the request has a sub-request , the e-mail doesn't work to send the sub-request's contents.
Can [ Delivery　Opts　]  send the sub-request's contents?
And is there any document to introduce it?
