jdeveloper setting up for Oracle R12.0.4, page opens with internal 500 Error

 Dear all,

I was trying to setup OAF with our 12.0.4 version of Oracle EBS.
All setups  I had done based on the Document "Troubleshooting JDeveloper setup for Oracle Applications (Doc ID 357218.1) "

The version I downloaded also is double checked.

Data base getting connected , which I can see from Navigater. I added the Responsibilities to my login. Added this setup in Projectproperties in jdev also.

But when I run the test_fwktutorial.jsp page, one new window is opening , but content is "Internal 500 Error" and ends as below.
