Personalization Error on Invoice Workbench

I want to create a form Personalization to prevent users from changing the Pay Group on the AP Invoice Workbench. I tried numerous ways to apply this personalization but I keeping getting errors.

 

The error message is FRM -41316: Cannont Set Insert Allowed property of disabled item INV_SUM_FOLDER.PAY_GROUP_LOOKUP_CODE

Trigger Event: WHEN-NEW-ITEM-INSTANCE

Target Object: INV_SUM_FOLDER.VENDOR_NUMBER

 

Processing Mode: Not in Enter-Query Mode

 

Actions

 

Object Type: Item

Target Object: INV_SUM_FOLDER.PAY_GROUP_LOOKUP_CODE

Property Name: ENABLED

VALUE: FALSE

 

Can you please advise I get this personalisation working, thank you in advance
