unable to close the receivable periods

Hi All,

 There are two receipts which are showing in Unposted items report and subledger period close exception report as 'Unprocessed'

hence we have ran 'Create Accounting program still showing  exception report for the period P01-13 two receipts as un processed , done on the receipt page onl;ine create accounting not worked...

receipts were applied to a transaction and  cash cleared also.All GL periods opened and receipt periods are in closed pending

please let us know hou to proceed with this.Since both receipts are in exception and unposted items we are unable to close AR perods which is priority for business...
