Purchase requisition Revision number

 Hi,

We want to know the changes made on PR like when doing any changes on PO this will indicate as REV in PO header form, like wise we need to know the changes that are done on PR document.

We use IProcurement for raising PR's and AME for approvals.

We are on oracle 12.0.4 version.

Please Guru's help me in solving this.
