SEETING fast_start_parallel_rollback PARAMETER ON ORACLE 9.2.0.5

Dear Team,

A consultant recommeneded that we set the fast_start_parallel_rollback=false on our oracle 9i database. to reduce the number of recovery. My concern are:

1. What is the effect on the general database performamnce.

2. Effect on recovery and standby database replication.
