Funds check on summary account level doesn't work for new code combinations
Funds check on summary account level doesn't work for new code combinations until summary template is deleted and created new one. Programs: Program - Incremental Add/Delete Summary Templates and Program - Maintain Summary Templates were also run and the result is the same. The Accounting Flexfield is set with value Yes for allow dynamic inserts; the funds check on detail accounts is set to none.
Steps to reproduce:
1) The summary template like T-T-Rollup group (Account)-Rollup group (CO order code)-T was previously created.
2) Create requisition (from iProcurement responsibility), do not find needed code combination so press button "Create", the new code combination is created and selected in the charge account.
