Creating Values in Picklist

Simple question - I'm trying to create 3 new values for our account sub-sector picklist. The picklist is listed by number value grouping sub-sector values by the sector chosen. For example, the sector Aviation, Travel and Tourism is order #100. In correlation with this, the sub-sector all have values in the hundreds (Aerospace is 110, Airlines is 120, Airports is 130, etc.). We have a sector called Basic Industries (sector value is 200). We had 8 values in our sub-sector picklist ranging from 210 - 280 (Building and Construction is 210, Chemicals is 220, etc.). I'd like to keep the
