How to allow the user to change the password in FC?

Hello! The question is how to allow the users to change their passwords in FC?

Firstly, we deployed the Rpas Fusion Client application on Weblogic Managed Server. Then, as it’s recommended in Installation and Administration guides, we should create the users from the RPAS domain in Weblogic. That’s done. The problem is that the user is unable to change the password, which he uses to log in to Fusion Client. It is only can be done by the Weblogic administrator. Administration Guide tells us that the users are authenticated externally and they don’t need to enter the password for the RPAS domain, just the password for FC.
