EM 12 Cloud Agent Deployment on Clusters with Virtual Names

Has anyone had any experience deploying EM12 agents (12.1.0.2) in servers that are clustered with a VIrtual name i.e HACMP etc Note 406014.1 seems to be for EM 10 & 11 and i'm wondering if there is an updated version or better ways in EM12  to handle clusters that are non RAC and use virtual hostnames
