ADP Interface with JDE for Tax Filing

We are in the process of setting up the ADP interface with JDE.   We process payroll on JDE EnterpriseOne, then send a file to ADP to process our taxes filings.  To pull the data out of JDE, we are going through the set up for the ADP interface.   We have loaded ESU's JL20168 and JL20558.  We are have multiple issues that I was looking for any help with:

On the periodic file there are no wages or tax pulling in for FUTA and SUTA.  Is there special mapping for this?

 

On the quarterly file, again, all companies are missing the SUTA tax amounts.  In addition, not all of our companies pull into the file, even though we leave the data select wide open.  We are also in Guam, and we the Guam withholding (which is actually the federal) is not showing as Guam.
