Insight Attribute - Picklist Type

Hello,

I have a picklist field called "Event Name" on a Contact & Lead Record. I want to create an Insight attribute picklist  field called "Event Name" on ODM and map the CRM fields to this new field. My question is as I add additional list of values to the Picklist on CRM, would they get synchronized to this Insight field and update the answer codes? Please advise
