Field values not available in report

Hello,

I am on a role today so I guess I will keep on asking questions. While creating a report using the Advanced Custom Object Reporting tool I realized I did not see some of the fields.  If I was to export the record type to an excel spreadsheet all of the data is there but not all of the fields are available for the report.  The report I created is a CO4 record type.
