Competitor -Email Domain Blocking

Can anyone share the best practice to block the Competitor email domains. I put together a list that has email domains like "@test.com" etc. My question is on the Supression filter where I am building a supression rule to supress leads that have Demographic Email: Operator: Contains and Value :"@Test1.com","@Test2.com". Is it good to have IN operator where it matches exactly or CONTAINS? What's the best option
