System panic in ZFS

I am cross posting this issue here and in the Oracle Solaris ZFS File System community because it applies to both areas.

Please be advised regarding panics due to Bug 15809921 (and other related bugs) 
ZFS Space Map Corruption in S11. Customers are seeing it when they update their
systems to Solaris 11 Update 1.

Panic strings are:

       zfs: freeing free segment
       zfs: allocating allocated segment


This issue only occurs on systems with l2arc cache devices.  The
issue is resolved in Solaris 11.1 SRU3.4 and later.  Information
regarding this issue is included in the release notes.
