Has anyone been able to setup approval to notify multiple HR Supervisors?

Hello,

We are on EX9.0 and we have configured expense report approval for HR Supervisor only.

Is it possible to setup multiple approvers at this level? 

My example is when an employee submits an expense report and their HR Supervisor and the Supervisors admin need to be notified that the expense report needs to be approved.  We want both of them to have access to perform the approval with separate accounts.  The admind will have an account specific for this requirement.
