Modifying Autoconfig

I'm trying to use Oracle Applications Manager Context Editor to modify our autoconfig to prevent changes to a rwbuilder.conf file.  When I run autoconfig it changes the parameter in the rwbuilder.conf file <property name= "cacheSize" value="60"/> from 60 to 0.  I want to make this change permanent.  If I log into OAM - System Config - AutoConfig - Manage Custom Parameters and select the Apps Tier .....  it wants to know the "OA_VAR", "Default Value", "Title", etc.. I'm not sure what to put here.  Can someone guide me in the right direction.
