Concurrent programs conflict

Experts,

           The issue is that, while I tried to search for a program (CUSTOMER PROFILE COPY) under a request group, another program (Budget-Journals by Accounting program) surfaces. My DBA stated the two programs shared the the same ID at the back end and that was the reason for the confusion and only Oracle can answer the question why. Please, can i know how this issue can be resolved so that i can search for each program on its own. More so, there is need to remove this program under the request groups it was assigned but that can't be done once I
