Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Dear experts,

I have a requirement in my 11.2.0.2 database (Windows 2008 R2) to install 2 patches in one downtime window. The patches are

Oracle Patch 18 & one off patch 12656350(for a ORA-07445 error).

Could someone please suggest if there is any interdependency between each other, which one to be deployed first and later.
