Is it possible to import a Quote to create a requisition?

Hi,

We are in R12 and I am looking for a way to IMPORT a QUOTE to create a Requisition. I read some documents that will import RFQ to create a PO but I have not seen a document yet how to import a Quote to create Requisition.

If there's a way, please provide the navigation to perform the task; also, where can I get the template for the file that will be imported.
