Creating Positions

Hello everyone,

I am testing setting up Positions in Oracle HRMS. At this point, Job is being used as Job and Position (the generic instance and the specific instance of a Job) . It's under Job that is defined '' Manager IT, Manager Marketing etc...) whereas it is more like a position.

Reading some documentation and doing tests, if someone can confirm or un-confirm of what I understood

Example 

Hypothesis: 50+ Organizations under 1 Legal Entity and employees are part of different organization (under assignment)

If I want to create Position called: Programmer Analyst XYZ for example, I would need to create it in all 50+ Organisations when creating positions?
