What suggestions can anyone make to secure One-Time-Overrides (P07OTO1)?

We are using JDE E1 8.12 Tools release 8.98.4.7 and are trying to secure the P07OTO1 One-Time-Overrides screen so that only certain employees can see transactions for our Corporate group.  We wanted to know what is the best practise for security in that program.  We currently have 285 companies and 4 of those companies are Corporate employees.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
