Contact center quick menu access -View install base,Search contracts-gives exception while requeryin
We are on R12.1.3 and we are doing the below steps in contact center.
Step1: Contact center, query for a Customer Name
Step 2:Use Quick Menu and select Search Entitlement (contracts) Step3:In Search Entitlement page,put any search criteria ex serial number and perform a searchStep4: Click View install base within the quick menu,install base page opens upPlease note: We have 2 web pages open ie search entitlement and second one is view install baseStep 5:
Now put a different search criteria and do a search in search entitlement page.Getting exception error..
