How to enable other language in Agile 9.3.2 ? Does it support mulitlingual UI ?

Hello all,

I've installed Agile 9.3.2 on Oracle Linux 6 VM. While the system is in English, I can only access all UIs of Agile in English too.

But I use another terminal to access Agile, for example, Chinese version of Win7 64bit, when I opened a browser and tried to access Agile, the UI still shows in English.

I noticed that when I login as admin, under My settings, I click the Preferemces tab, in Format Preferemces, there's a field can set Language. However, when I try to edit this field, Only one option of English is selectable. Why?

Is there any solutions for how to enable multiple language in Agile? For example, user can select English, Chinese and Japanese to display the UI and use the language to create data.
