I am unable to reduce the undo tablespace size.

Hi Experts,
In Our Environment UNDO tablespace is 25Gb.  I found many Xacts are "0" and very few are "1" at any time.

I am unable to reduce the undo tablespace size.

undo_retention=900

Db:10.2.0.5

I have a space problem.if i reduce undo size then i can allocate the same to other tablespaces.

Please help me in this.
