Self Service Request Approval Error

Hi,

 We are  getting  error  as  "The changes were not applied because ORA-20160: Encountered an error while getting the ORACLE user account for your concurrent request. Contact your system administrator. ORA-06512: at "APPS.ALR_PER_PERSON_A_800_53509_IAR", line 3 ORA-04088: error during execution of trigger 'APPS.ALR_PER_PERSON_A_800_53509_IAR'  while   any manager is  approving   a  HRMS  self  service   request  for leave  approval  or any self  service  request. and  also data  is not getting saved  to database.

Please  advise  if  anybody has  came  across and  has  any resolution. We  are  currently  in Oracle E-Biz 11.5.10.2 version.
