Deleted appraisal in PMP, can we rollback deletion

Hi,

Within PMP, Main appraiser accidently deleted the appraisal of status planned.

Now we wanna correct this action, how can we create an appraisal for this direct report again,  as being part of PMP, so not using manual creation by hr professional?

Our current behaviour is that if you once delete an appraisal, where the status of the appraisal is deleted, you can give this direct report a new one of status planned.
